This notice is given by TRADE MASTER 9 ("TM9", "we"), 2006 Churchill Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE, as the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the data controller under the EU and UK GDPR. It applies to the TM9 and TM9 2.0 mobile apps, the TM9 web terminal and this website. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which gives the full detail.

What we ask your consent for

We rely on your consent only for the purposes below. Each one is separate, and saying no to one does not affect the others.

Data we process without asking for consent

Some processing does not depend on consent, because the law gives us another basis for it. You cannot withdraw these by withdrawing consent, but your other rights below still apply:

• To provide the service you signed up for (contract): your account details and broker connection, so you can log in, see your trading data and place orders.
• To meet legal duties (legal obligation): identity checks where required, and the tax, anti-money-laundering (AML) and regulatory records we must keep.
• To keep TM9 secure and working well (legitimate interest): security and fraud checks, crash and performance logs, and usage analytics that help us fix problems and improve the platform.

On this website

The TM9 website runs no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to consent to while you browse it, and no cookie banner. Our hosting and security provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse; these do not track you and need no consent.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent at any time, for any purpose above, using the method in the table or by emailing privacy at trademaster9.com. Withdrawing consent:

• stops that use of your data from then on;
• does not affect anything done lawfully before you withdrew;
• does not affect your access to TM9's core trading features.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• erase it. Use our account and data deletion page;
• restrict or object to some processing, or give you a copy in a portable format;
• under the DPDP Act, name another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to.

To use any of these rights, email privacy at trademaster9.com. We respond within 30 days.

Questions and complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, email privacy at trademaster9.com first so we can put it right. Our grievance redressal page explains how complaints are handled and how quickly we respond.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, or, in the EU or UK, to your local data protection supervisory authority.

Children

TM9 is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly ask children for consent or collect their data.

Changes to this notice

If we start asking for consent for a new purpose, we will update this notice and ask you before using your data for it. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
