TM9 is a trading platform — not a broker.

TM9 is a software platform only. We do not hold, receive, or have any access to your money. All deposits, withdrawals, trades, and account balances are managed entirely by your chosen broker.

Your funds are with the broker — never with TM9.

If you face any financial issue — including delays, withdrawal problems, or fund-related disputes — please contact your broker directly. TM9 is not responsible for your broker's actions, solvency, or financial obligations.

Trading involves significant risk of loss. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

By using TM9, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and you understand TM9's role as a software provider only.

Auto-trading disclaimer

Before enabling auto-execution in MMM, please understand:

  • Trades will be placed automatically on your broker account based on Master AI signals.
  • You accept full responsibility for all trades placed under your account.
  • TM9 does not guarantee execution success, fill price, or trade outcome.
  • Auto-trading carries additional risk including signal errors, network delays, and slippage.

You can disable auto-trading at any time from Settings.

Connecting a broker

When you connect a broker, your money stays with that broker. TM9 has no access to your funds. Please verify your broker's regulation and reputation before depositing.

By connecting a broker, you confirm: you understand TM9 is a platform provider only; all deposits, withdrawals, and trades are handled by your broker; and TM9 is not responsible for any financial issues with your broker.
